Returns & Exchanges Policy

No refunds. Suit Mart Flatbush accepts exchanges only.

Customers may request an exchange within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days from delivery, exchange requests are no longer accepted.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging when applicable. Items that are worn, altered, damaged, or missing required materials may not be eligible for exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Suit Mart Flatbush does not provide free return shipping labels.

All exchanges must include the completed exchange sheet enclosed with the order. Exchanges received without the completed exchange sheet cannot be processed.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Suit Mart Flatbush will process the approved exchange for the requested replacement item or size, subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact the customer with available exchange options.
